No, iFob is a self monitoring system app for the Solution 6000 system. All notifications are done through the app directly to your devices.

Our polled plans make sure that you are alarm is connected and in contact with the MyAlarm servers. If your alarm stops communicating, you will get a notification through the app that the MyAlarm server has lost communications with your alarm panel. This is only available on our polled plans.

You can cancel or change your plan at any time via the subscription portal under "Manage Subscription"

Any message sent to any device is regarded as a notification and is counted towards your notification limit if you are on the PayOnce plan. The same message sent to 2 devices is counted as 2 notifications. There are no limits to how many notifications can be sent on a "Unlimited notification" plan.

Locked 4G cards come with 2 SIM cards supplied by MyAlarm on two different networks. The card can only be used with the supplied SIM cards and you can not put your own cards into the unit. The unit can only be used with iFob. When the first powered up, it will connect the SIM card with the strongest signal and use that SIM card indefinitely

Locked 4G cards come with 2 SIM cards supplied by MyAlarm on two different networks. Cellular network redundancy will continuously switch between the two networks depending on which network has best signal and service. This means if one network drops out, the system will switch over to the other network. For example, if Telstra drops out, the system will switch to Vodafone so communication is not lost. Obviously you will need to have both networks available in your area for cellular network redundancy to work. This functionality is only available on the iFob 4G + Dual SIM plan.
